Posted by Riley Hebert-News Director

The head of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee schools is in hot water after being arrested for drunk driving, while going home after his Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.

59-year-old David Lodes of the Town of Delafield is charged with 2nd offense driving while intoxicated. He faces up to six months in jail and revocation of his driving license for up to 18 months. He was convicted of drunken driving in August 2004. Lodes was picked up after he stopped at a red light, but didn’t accelerate when the light turned green. An officer was directly behind him.

The squad pulled to the left of Lodes, who was slumped forward and leaning against the driver's side window.
