WINTER WONDERLAND GETS OFF TO GOOD START

 It’s been a phenomenal start to the Rotary Winter Wonderland in Marshfield.
The massive display of holiday lights at Wildwood Park opened over the weekend. It’s already prompted the donation of over 6,700 food and personal care items; that’s a 67-percent increase from last year’s opening weekend.
And the new donations raise the 4-year total to over 100,000 items collected for area food pantries.
The light display will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. every night from opening through Tuesday, Dec. 31 in Wildwood Zoo, Marshfield. Admission is free, however, donations of non-perishable food and personal-care items will be collected, along with cash donations.
