HEAD OF MARSHFIELD GROUP RESIGNS

The head of Marshfield's Community Development Authority resigned Wednesday after a meeting with the board of directors.
Authorities have been investigating the group. Director Tim Kraus was placed on administrative leave in September. His resignation was accepted Wednesday. Under the agreement, Kraus will continue to receive pay through February and he admits no wrong-doing.
Marshfield police have not commented on the nature of their investigation.
