WOMAN CALLS 9-1-1 TO REPORT SHE'S DRIVING DRUNK

A 49-year-old Granton woman called 9-1-1 Saturday night to report she was driving drunk.
The woman (we’ll call her Mary) used her cell phone to call 9-1-1 just after 11 p.m.
"Somebody's really drunk driving down Granton Road," the woman told the dispatcher.
He asks her if she's following them.
"I am them," she says.
"So, you want to call to report that you're driving drunk?" he asks.
"Yes."
The dispatcher advises the woman to pullover so she doesn’t get in an accident.
She listens.
She later tells the dispatcher she’s been drinking a lot.
"I was drinking all over. I'm sorry. I shouldn't be driving. How many people do you get that call in on themselves?" the woman asks.
"Not many," the dispatcher laughs, "but, I guess it's better than getting in accident and killing yourself, or someone else."
Authorities arrived and arrested the woman for 1st offense OWI.
