MARSHFIELD CONSTRUCTION PROJECT BEHIND SCHEDULE

Marshfield’s South Central Avenue project won’t be finished by this Friday, as had been hoped.
Now officials say they hope to have the massive project done by Nov. 20.
The Marshfield NewsHerald reports several factors have led to the delays, including unexpected utility work and very wet weather.
Two lanes have been open throughout the project, which covers Marshfield’s main street from 6th Street to Wildwood Park.
