CHILI MAN DIES AFTER TRAIN ACCIDENT

 An elderly Chili man has died of injuries sustained in a car vs. train accident almost two weeks ago.
Wood County officials say 79-year-old Willard Geldernick died Monday morning.
Geldernick remained hospitalized in critical condition since his vehicle was struck by a train on Oct. 10. The accident happened near the intersection of North Maple Avenue and East Veterans Parkway.
Authorities say they are unsure why his car was apparently parked on the tracks.
