The Thorp area had a couple bear-related incidents over the weekend.
Authorities were called Sunday after someone reported a bear was sitting between two homes on Thorp St. and Lawrence St.
It's unclear how the situation was resolved.
There was also a report of a car vs. bear accident 15 miles east of Thorp on STH 29. It happened late Saturday night.
The DNR was called to remove the 200 lbs. black bear.
