Wisconsin home sales and median prices both fell in the 2nd quarter of 2009, but the news is better here in Clark County.
Statewide, home sales were down 10.5%. That was worse than the Midwest average of 5.3% and the nationwide average of 2.9%.
Meanwhile, median home prices plummeted 10% compared to last year to $146,000 in the second quarter of 2009.
But, Clark County saw its median home price jump 16% to $100,000 from $86,400 last year. And home sales are up 30%.
