CESA 10 HAS LOCAL LEADERSHIP

CESA 10 will have local leadership from Spencer, Neillsville and Owen. At their meeting on Thursday, Jordan Franklin of Spencer was selected the Chairperson for the Board of Control. Deanna Heiman of Neillsville was chosen Vice Chairperson and Rick Eloranta of Owen was named Treasurer. CESA 10 assists districts with services they would otherwise have difficulty providing, or services that are mandated by state or federal government. The agency is governed by an eleven member Board of Control elected from the member districts.
