La Crosse 7 – Eau Claire 4 (11 Inn.)

It took eleven innings but the La Crosse Loggers were able to defeat the Eau Claire Express 7-4 Sunday night at Copeland Park in dramatic fashion. Justin Prekajlo hit a walk off grand slam to capture the victory and move La Crosse in to first place in the south division. Eau Claire would take the one run lead in the 11th on an RBI fielders choice by Andrew Leonard (UIC), but La Crosse would answer back with the grand slam in the bottom of the inning. Eau Claire and LaCrosse play again tonight, this time at Carson Park in Eau Claire. LaCrosse has now won 5 in a row and are 7-2 in the second half while Eau Claire drops to 2-8.
