REPORT RELEASED ON JACKSON CO. PLANE CRASH

Investigators have released their preliminary report on a fatal plane crash that occurred just west of the Clark-Jackson county line.
Dr. David Holtrop and his 16-year-old son, Maxwell, both of Sheboygan, were killed when the plane crashed near Humbird.
Dr. Holtrop’s license specified he was only to fly during good weather and only during the daytime hours.
There was rain and fog at the time the plane went down.
Still, investigators haven’t pinpointed the cause of the crash, yet.
