MAN SURVIVES SIX STORY FALL

Authorities say a man washing windows at U.S. Bank in Eau Claire fell six stories onto the sidewalk below.
It happened Tuesday afternoon when the 26-year-old man's safety harness malfunctioned.
While he may have had more serious injuries, responders said the man was responsive when they arrived.
