E.C. COOUNTY COURTHOUSE EVACUATED

Fire breaks out at the Eau Claire County Courthouse forcing dozens of workers to evacuate.
About 100 employees were told to leave the building yesterday as witnesses reported black smoke billowing from the main entrance.
Inmates remained in their cells, which are in a different section of the building.
Fire officials say the blaze apparently started in what they call a "power vault." Xcel Energy is responding to the scene.
