MFLD DOOR WORKERS PICKET

Around 50 union workers picketed a job fair in Marshfield Saturday.
The Marshfield DoorSystems employees could strike as soon as this Friday.
The company held a job fair at Clearwaters Hotel & Convention Center.
The employees carried signs and handed out information to would-be replacement workers.
Those picketing said the possible strike wasn’t about money, but was instead about family. A main sticking point in negotiations is the company’s desire to force employees to work mandatory overtime.
Employees say the company is trying to use the bad economy as leverage in their negotiations, despite record sales and production.
