MEIER CASE MOVES FORWARD

We should learn this afternoon when a preliminary hearing in a Neillsville bar brawl death will be.
36-year-old Tyler Meier of Shawano is charged with Felony Murder – Battery after he punched 43-year-old Keith Young at the Brickyard Bar and Grill on February 1st.
The preliminary hearing was originally scheduled for March 10, but was delayed after Meier’s attorney, Harry Hertel, requested a different judge.
Wood Co. Judge James Mason will preside over the matter, with a status conference set for this afternoon.
