NEILLSVILLE F.D. CALLED

The Neillsville Fire Department was called to the scene of a grass fire 12:37 a.m. Sunday morning. It was located at Maple Rd. and River Avenue in the Town of Pine Valley
Fire Chief Matt Meyer says the crew spent only about 10 minutes at the scene. The fire consumed about 1/8 of an acre in ditch.
They’re unsure of the cause.
