Marshfield's mall will stay open despite owner's financial troubles.
Goldridge Group owns Shoppes at Wood Ridge, formerly Northway Mall.
Lender M&I Bank has sued Goldridge to collect $46-million owed on multiple properties, including almost $6-million in outstanding debt attached to the Marshfield mall.
A receiver was ordered to control business aspects of five properties.
The Marshfield NewsHerald reports the mall’s tenants haven’t really be affected.
