MADISON POLICE EXPECT TO SOLVE ZIMMERMAN CASE

It’s been nearly one year since Marshfield native Brittany Zimmerman was murdered at her off-campus apartment in Madison.

Madison Police say they still think they can solve the crime.

Investigators have had nearly 150 officers working the case. They've received 200 tips, and have a list of 830 people who could have information.

Investigators say they've made progress, but still need help.

Zimmerman was 21 when she was killed.
