Congratulations to Grassland Dairy in Greenwood. They did very well in this week’s United States Championship Cheese contest.
Grassland won gold in both the unsalted and salted butter competitions and swept the unsalted butter category taking first, second and third places.
The competition was held at Lambeau Field and is put on by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. Dairy producers came from eight states to compete.
