FEBRUARY THAW CHANGES PLUNGE PLANS
Wednesday, February 18th, 2009 -- 8:54 am
Posted by Riley Hebert-News Director

The February thaw we experienced a couple weeks ago has forced organizers of the Rotary Polar Plunge to change their plans.

The plunge was scheduled to take place at O’Neill Creek by the old Legion Hall, but the ice actually broke up on the creek.

Organizers have decided to move the event to the pond at Listeman Park

The plunge will be Saturday, February 28 at noon at Listeman Park.
