 A 36-year-old Shawano man remains free on a $20,000 cash bond after an initial appearance Wednesday morning.
Tyler Meier is charged with Felony Murder – Battery.
Meier allegedly punched 43-year-old Keith Young during a scuffle at the Brickyard Bar and Grill on Sunday, February 1st. Preliminary autopsy reports indicate Young fell from the punch, and hit his head on the floor. Traumatic head injuries caused his death.
Meier appeared in front of Clark County Circuit Court Judge Jon Counsell.
Meier , through attorney Thomas Harnisch, waived the time limits for his preliminary hearing, which was set for March 10 at 9:30 a.m.
