AUTHORITIES: FRICK DEATH ACCIDENTAL

The mysterious shooting death of a Granton-area woman has been ruled accidental.
Clark County authorities have been investigating the death of 45-year-old Mary Frick since July.
But now, Clark County Sheriff's Lt. Jeffery Parker says they have ruled it accidental, in part, because of a defective rifle.
Frick died from a single gunshot wound to the face. She was found by a man with whom she lived.
State Crime Lab reports showed the .22-caliber rifle may have been defective and gone off without any contact with the trigger, Parker says.
