GRANTON WOMAN SAYS SHE'S NOT GUILTY OF ASSAULT

A Granton woman accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy says she’s not guilty of the crime.
According to court records, the victim was a friend of Sharon Vandeberg's son; the assaults took place 10 years ago.
The alleged victim is now 23. Vandeberg is now 45.
During an arraignment Thursday, Vandeberg pleaded not guilty and requested a substitute judge.
