SIDIE CHARGED

Prosecutors have charged 39-year-old Doug Sidie with first-degree intentional homicide in his ex-wife Alisha Sidie’s death.
Sidie faces additional obstruction and bail jumping charges.
A criminal complaint filed on Wednesday by Jackson County District Attorney Gerald Fox offers some new details about the investigation.
Prosecutors say Doug Sidie shot and killed 27-year-old Alisha Sidie on the sidewalk outside their Hatfield home on Friday, Nov. 7, after an argument.
The complaint shows divers found a handgun in a nearby creek. Sidie had told investigators the gun had just gone missing.
An autopsy listed her cause of death as traumatic brain injury.
A judge ordered Sidie jailed without bail during a hearing Wednesday.
