LATEST POLL: OBAMA UP BY 16%

The latest poll shows Barack Obama with a 16-point lead over John McCain in Wisconsin.
The University of Wisconsin Survey Center's Badger Poll of 538 adults was conducted between Oct. 21 and Tuesday. It has a margin of error of plus or minus just over 4%.
The race tightens when the field is narrowed to 359 likely voters. Then Obama's 10-point lead is within the margin of error of just over 5%.
The poll released Friday is the ninth this month to show Obama with a double-digit lead in Wisconsin.
Neither candidate has campaigned in the state since Oct. 10, and Obama's financial advantage has allowed him to run five television ads for every one of McCain's.
