A brother and sister originally from Neillsville are ordered to stand trial in Eau Claire on charges that they provided illegal drugs that led to a woman's death.

Both Tiffany Shubert, 26, of Eau Claire, and Zachary Shubert, 23, of Neillsville, face a charge of being party to first-degree reckless homicide.

They're charged in the death of Lisa Gannigan, 26, who was found dead at her Eau Claire home July 11th.

Prosecutors say both of the Shuberts had been at Gannigan's home that night, and Tiffany Shubert gave drugs to the victim.

Investigators reported finding a needle and syringe containing the painkillers fentanyl and methadone.
