SUSPECTED ARSONIST ARRESTED IN HOTEL FIRE CASE

An arsonist allegedly set a Sunday fire that severely damaged an Eau Claire hotel.
Police arrested 26-year-old Brian Mroch Monday. He's scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
Officers say he was at the Quality Inn on Clairemont Avenue just before the fire started, and that he was in what police call "some kind of minor disturbance" at O'Leary's Pub next door.
30 guests were relocated.
Damage to the building is estimated at 100-thousand dollars.
