MERRILLAN BAR DESTROYED BY FIRE

Weeks after a the Palms Supper Club was destroyed by fire, another area bar and restaurant has burned.
Fire crews were called to Mr. Ed's on North Main Street in Merrillan just before noon yesterday.
No one was hurt, but there was extensive damage.
Four area fire departments were called in to help put out the fire.
Investigators believe the blaze started in the kitchen area. The owner says he hopes to rebuild.
