DEMMERLY HEARING DELAYED

A hearing for the Marshfield man accused of shooting at police in Wausau has been postponed until next week.
23-year old Errol Demmerly is accused of shooting at Rothschild police during a traffic stop in June of last year.
A hearing was scheduled to begin yesterday, but a doctor's report for was not complete in time for the hearing.
It's been rescheduled for next Monday.
Demmerly has already been determined competent to stand trial, but is pleading not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
