4-h CLOTHING REVUE RESULTS

Greenwood School was filled with color and creativity as the 4-H Clothing Revue participants modeled their sewing projects that went from sleepwear, causal summer wear, to dresses. Blue ribbons were awarded to:

Explorers
Catherine Schmelzer, Woodgrove Workers (simple elastic waist skirt)

Clothing I (2nd – 5th grade)
Emily Welsh, Corner Clovers (pants/shorts/skort and nightwear)
Amber Noah, Reseburg Ramblers (pants/shorts/skort and simple top/T-shirt)

Clothing I (6th – 8th grade)
Julia Schmelzer, Woodgrove Workers (pants/shorts/skort)

Clothing II (6th – 8th grade)
Julia Schmelzer, Woodgrove Workers (dress)
Brooke Noah, Reseburg Ramblers (dress)
Ashley Hemann, Willard/Braun (pants outfit – including shirt, and garment made for another individual)

Clothing II (9th grade and older)
Anna Nosko, Woodgrove Workers (dress)

Red ribbons were awarded to:

Explorers
Catherine Schmelzer, Woodgrove Workers (simple top)

Clothing I (6th – 8th grade)
Katelyn Welsh, Corner Clovers (beginning garment not listed)

Clothing II (6th – 8th grade)
Brooke Noah, Reseburg Ramblers (intermediate garment not listed)

Receiving Award of Excellence were Katherine Schmelzer, Woodgrove Workers (pants); Amber, Reseburg Ramblers, (shorts and top); Ashley Hemann, Willard/Braun (baby sleeper); and Anna Nosko, Woodgrove Workers (dress). People's Choice Award was given to Julia Schmelzer, Woodgrove Workers (dress).

Anna Nosko, Woodgrove Workers, will be representing Clark County at the Wisconsin State Fair this year with the dress that she made.

Thank you to our judges Cheryl Lueck and Laura Drendel, Greenwood High School for hosting this event, and to the many volunteers who helped make this event a success.
