RASH OF THEFTS FROM CARS

Chief Brad Lindner says they've investigated 8 to 10 such thefts in the past week.
All the vehicles were parked in the road or driveway; none were locked.
The perpetrators are apparently looking for money, although a prescription medication was stolen from one vehicle.
As these appears to be "crimes of opportunity," Lindner encourages you to lock your doors and park you vehicles in the garage if possible.
