Longtime Congressman Ron Kind will receive a challenge from an Eau Claire businessman.
Republican Paul Stark says he'll challenge the six-term democrat this November.
Stark says he wants to direct the Congress on a course of "fiscal and moral responsibility".
The 3rd Congressional District covers 19 counties across Western Wisconsin, including Clark, Jackson, Eau Claire and La Crosse.
