2 CLARK CO. FISHERMEN PRESUMED DROWNED

Two Clark County fishermen are missing and presumed drowned in the Wisconsin River.
Lenard Pond, 40, of Owen, and Dylan Decaire, 17, of Dorchester were fishing when their boat capsized behind a dam on the Wisconsin River Sunday, according to police.
A third fisherman was rescued shortly after the boat overturned.
Investigators say the accident happened when the boat entered turbulent waters near the dam. Pond recognized the danger and tried to turn, but the boat capsized.
Efforts to recover the fishermen's bodies continue.
