ONE DEAD IN TAYLOR CO. HOUSE FIRE

An afternoon house fire in Taylor County claimed one life Sunday.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, the fire was located on Keyes Avenue, west of CTH E in the Town of Molitor and was reported at 4:21 p.m.
The home was completely engulfed in flames by the time crews arrived. Crews stayed on the scene until 8:30 p.m.
The lone occupant of the home was killed. His name is being withheld pending notification of relatives.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation and the State Fire Marshall has been contacted.
