According to the criminal complaint, Chad Leichtman hit 26-year-old Eric Hamm of Owen over the head with a beer bottle during a scuffle. Hamm’s injuries were serious. He suffered a fractured skull and required 3 metal plates to be installed in his head. Leichtman was released on a $1000 signature bond.
