WINTER PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE

A sure sign that snow will be soon: November 15 is the day Neillsville's seasonal on-street parking restrictions go into place.
Section 8-1-4(c) of the city's ordinance book states: "It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to leave unattended any automobile, truck or other vehicle on the streets of the City of Neillsville between the hours of 2 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. between the November 15 and April 15."
In other words: don't park on city streets overnight.
