BANK EMPLOYEE ACCUSED OF EMBEZZLEMENT

A former bank employee in Vernon County is charged with embezzling more than $350,000.
Forty-5-year-old Dale Pedretti of Westby is charged in federal court with one count of embezzlement. He's accused of stealing from the Fortress Bank in Westby.
The FBI conducted the investigation that resulted in charges against Pedretti.
A conviction carries a maximum 30 years in prison and a one million dollar fine.
