FORMER SUDER GIRLFRIEND DENIES THEFT

It appears a dispute between Rep. Scott Suder and his former live-in girlfriend will be a case of "he said/she said."
Suder says Lisa Brabazon, 32, took over $3,000 from him.
Brabazon says the two were dating for two years, and Suder gave her permission for months to use his checks and a bank card.
The Abbotsford Republican this week obtained a temporary restraining order against Brabazon, saying she accessed his credit cards and checking account without permission and broke into his house in an attempt to take a handgun.
But Brabazon says Suder had given her permission to write the checks in question and also gave her his PIN number for his bank card to get cash.
Meanwhile, the Colby-Abbotsford Police Department continues to work on the case and may forward it to the Clark County District Attorney's office for possible criminal charges.
Suder acknowledges Brabazon was his girlfriend but is withholding further comment until after the police wrap up their investigation.
