Some unionized city workers rally in Eau Claire to protest changes in their health insurance plan. Nearly 200 members of AFSCME (AFS'-mee) Local 284 gathered downtown Monday to show solidarity against the city's reduced work weeks. The city cut streets and parks workers to four days a week in the wake of ongoing insurance dispute.
