The Marathon County Sheriff’s Department is looking for the public’s help in finding the person responsible for the slaying of a pharmacist from the Unity area.

58-year-old Kenneth Juedes (yoo-dus) was also the co-owner of Monster Hall Raceway near Unity. He was found shot to death in his home just across the Clark County line in Marathon County on Wednesday morning.

An autopsy determined he died after being shot twice in the chest.

Sheriff Randy Hoenisch says Juedes’ death is being treated as a homicide and the department currently has no suspects.

Officials don’t believe the murder was a random act, and they are currently exploring some business dealings the man was involved in.
