ZIEN ANNOUNCING REELECTION ATTEMPT

State Senator Dave Zien will travel the 23rd State Senate District announcing his reelection plans this week.
Zien will spend Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on a three-day “announcement tour”. According to a press release from his campaign, Zien will "address health care costs, property taxes, gas prices, and other issues that are important to residents in the 23rd Senate District".
The 23rd Senate District includes all or part of eight counties in Western Wisconsin, including Chippewa, Eau Claire, Clark, Dunn, Marathon, Taylor, Barron and Wood.
Former WEAU-TV news anchor Pat Kreitlow has announced plans to run for the seat as a Democrat.
