-The name of the man killed in a one-vehicle rollover crash near Granton on Tuesday has been released.

According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Department, a 911 call was received around 7pm on Tuesday about a crash on Highway 73 about a quarter of a mile west of County Highway K in the Township of Washburn.

An initial investigation reveals that a pickup truck traveling west lost control and entered the north ditch. The vehicle rolled and landed on its roof.

The driver, 52-year-old Floyd Colvin of Neillsville and the lone occupant, was partially ejected. Colvin was pronounced dead at the scene and speed did not appear to be a factor in the crash. Colvin, however, was not wearing a seat belt.

This is the first traffic fatality for Clark County in 2014.
