A Mosinee teen has pleaded not guilty to charges in Taylor County regarding a multi-county crime spree.

Back in September, Nicholas Nesbitt, along with Sawyer Wirkus and Garett Niggemann, allegedly stole two vehicles, attempted to steal two more, stole a gun and burglarized both a cabin and a shed between Wood, Taylor and Marathon Counties.

The charges against all three include burglary with a dangerous weapon, theft and criminal damage to property. All three are free on signature bonds and they have charges pending in the three counties. The boys have made several court appearances in the three counties since they were charged with the crimes.

During a court appearance on Thursday, Nesbitt waived a preliminary hearing and entered a not guilty plea to the charges in Taylor County.
