MARSHFIELD CAR DEALER REPRIMANDED

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has reprimanded a Marshfield car dealer.
Tiger Motors located on Highway 10, has agreed to follow better business practices after failing to execute retail installment contracts prior to or at the time of sale, a violation of state law.
Tiger Motors will allow agents or employees of WisDOT to inspect all business records necessary to verify that it has discontinued this illegal practice and is in compliance with state law.
Violation of a special order is grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of a representative license.
