-Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., announced 17 recipients of Healthy Communities Mini-Grants, an investment of $134,000 in the members and communities it serves.

The mini-grants are presented to nonprofit organizations focused on three health issues that need greater attention – children’s health, behavioral health and health literacy.

Some groups that received the grants include the Clark County Health Department, Together for Jackson County Kids, Boys and Girls Club of Wisconsin Rapids and several others.
