Top-ranked Wisconsin Rapids scored 270.5 points and the tied a school record with eight individual champions in winning the Wisconsin Valley Wrestling Tournament on Saturday. The team title was the Raiders 34th WVC title and the 15th in the last 16 years.

A 3-pointer by Mitchell Erickson with less than 10 seconds proved to be the game winner in overtime as Neillsville came from behind to beat Colby 69-67 in overtime. [ 
Third place is on the line tonight as Neillsville plays host to Colby in high school boys basketball at the Fieldhouse. [ 
The Neillsville Warrior boys basketball team picked up win #13 last night with a 47-46 win over Barron last night. [ 
The Neillsville High School 9th annual Women's Alumni Volleyball Tournament will be held Saturday, Feb. 20th at the Fieldhouse. [ 
The Cadott Hornets won the Cloverbelt Conference Wrestling Tournament for the 2nd year in a row. [ 
Wednesday was the day high school football players announced their intentions for college football in the fall. [ 
The Cadott Hornets finished 6-0 during the regular season in Cloverbelt Conference Wrestling. Neillsville and Spencer/Columbus finished tied for second at 4-2. [ 
The WIAA is starting to consider adopting a proposal to reshape high school basketball divisions throughout the state by as early as the 2011 season. [ 
The Neillsville wrestling team took first at the West Salem/Bangor Multi-Dual Tournament this past Saturday.
