-A Jackson County man has reached a plea deal regarding the theft of a home in Black River Falls.

Last winter, Saige Eich, age 20, allegedly broke into the home of a Black River Falls couple five times and stole alcohol, electronics, and other items. The owners of the home decided to set up a deer camera in their garage and ended up getting pictures of Eich.

Eich has pleaded guilty to a resisting or obstructing an officer charge. Another count of resisting an officer and a disorderly conduct charge were dismissed, but read into the record. The theft charge filed against him has had the prosecution deferred as of now.

Eich will appear in court again towards the end of the month for sentencing.
