William Warren defeated longtime supervisor Arden Hinkelman 105-78 to earn the right to represent District 26, covering much of the City of Neillsville. He says he’s looking forward to approaching issues like “Smart Growth” with an open mind.
"I'm for planning. We have to look at it," Warren said Tuesday night. "Either the plan is no good, or (they) didn't sell it properly."
