Arson Cause of Taylor County Store Fire

-The Medford Police Department has determined that the cause of a convenience store fire was arson.
The department said that the fire was started by David Johnson, age 34 of Medford, who is the owner of the store. He was arrested on Monday.
An officer on patrol noticed smoke coming from the Main Street Convenience Store located in the City of Medford around 6:30am on Saturday.
No one was injured in the fire, but the two nearby stores received smoke and water damage.
Johnson is currently being held in the Taylor County Jail.
