Augusta And Cadott Win Playoff Games

Augusta won the Cloverbelt Title in boys basketball Saturday night downing Fall Creek 53-48, while Cadott beat Neillsville in the second place game 58-49.
Augusta improved to 21-1 with the win while Fall Creek falls to 18-4.
In the second place game, Cadott led Neillsville 17-15 after one period and 32-28 after one half. The second half, the scoring was down a little as the Hornets outscored the Warriors 26-21 for a 58-49 win. Austin Poehls of Cadott led all scorers with 15 points. Matt Dux led the Warriors with 14 points, Sam Neville added 13.
Neillsville, now 18-4, will host Black River Falls in a Div. 3 Regional Quarterfinal on Tuesday night at 7 pm.
